Research and Improvement on 50Mvar Salient-pole Condenser Cooling Technology

  • 摘要: 近期研制的新型分布式凸极调相机,转子热负荷大幅超出设计经验范围,若沿用常规散热方式,热点温度将远超绝缘耐热限值,不能满足技术要求。本文提出该电机转子空内冷技术解决方案,并通过开展三维热-流场仿真、转子全电流温升试验等研究,消除了重大技术风险,为产品研制提供了关键技术保障。

     

    Abstract: For the newly developed distributed salient pole condenser, the rotor thermal duty greatly exceeds design experience. If the traditional cooling method is still using, the temperature rise will far exceed the limit of insulating materials and can not meet the technical requirements. In this paper, the technical solution of internal air-cooling of the motor rotor is proposed. Through the research of 3D flow-thermal field coupled simulation and full-current rotor temperature rise test, the major technical risks are eliminated and the key technical guarantee is provided for product development.
