Abstract: A secure delivery is the necessary prerequisite to the construction of nuclear power plants, which is also the main target of nuclear equipment purchasing management. The carriage risk management and its evaluation system, which is very important as a management tool. This article analyzed the construction of a risk evaluation system, then discussed the application and effect of this system by case study.
