Virtual Simulation Verification Study on Reactor Pressure Vessel Head Cutting

  • 摘要: 针对秦山核电厂1号机组反应堆压力容器顶盖解体需求,基于自主设计的激光切割装置和大构件自动切割装置,设计了顶盖切割工艺,提出三维虚拟切割仿真方法,结合自研“龙拟”三维仿真引擎,对秦山核电厂1号机组压力容器顶盖进行了三维仿真环境下的虚拟切割模拟验证。

     

    Abstract: In response to the dismantling requirements of the reactor pressure vessel head of Unit 1 of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant, a head cutting process was designed based on a self-designed laser cutting device and a large component automatic cutting device. A three-dimensional virtual cutting simulation method was proposed and combined with the self-developed “Dragon Simulation” three-dimensional simulation engine; virtual cutting simulation verification was carried out on the head of the pressure vessel of Unit 1 of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant in a three-dimensional simulation environment.
