空冷1030mm末级叶片开发与验证

Development and Verification of 1030mm Last Stage Blade of Air Cooling Turbine

  • 摘要: 以超超临界660MW空冷机组为依托,采用可控涡流型设计、全三维气动分析及优化、有限元强度、振动设计等先进设计技术,开发了结构形式先进,具有优良气动、强度、振动特性的空冷1030mm末级长叶片。实物叶片动频试验结果表明,1030mm末级长叶片振动特性满足设计规范要求。

     

    Abstract: Based on the ultra-supercritical 660MW air cooling turbine, the 1030mm last stage long blade with advanced structure and excellent aerodynamic, strength and vibration characteristics are developed by adopting advanced design technologies such as controllable eddy current design, full three-dimensional aerodynamic analysis and optimization, and three-dimensional finite element strength and vibration design. The dynamic frequency test results show that the vibration characteristics of 1030mm last stage long blade meet the design specifications.
