Abstract:
Based on the ultra-supercritical 660MW air cooling turbine, the 1030mm last stage long blade with advanced structure and excellent aerodynamic, strength and vibration characteristics are developed by adopting advanced design technologies such as controllable eddy current design, full three-dimensional aerodynamic analysis and optimization, and three-dimensional finite element strength and vibration design. The dynamic frequency test results show that the vibration characteristics of 1030mm last stage long blade meet the design specifications.
