运用相图理论从复分解法产生碳酸氢钠的母液中回收氯化铵

Ammonium Chloride Recovery from Sodium Bicarbonate Mother Liquor Produced by Double Decomposition Method with Phase Diagram Theory

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了一种运用相图理论回收氯化钠和碳酸氢铵复分解母液中的氯化铵的方法。根据25℃、60℃时NaCl-NH4Cl-H2O三元水盐体系相图,采用蒸发结晶和冷却结晶组合工艺从复分解母液废水中回收NH4Cl,并对回收过程原理、回收工艺参数等进行分析讨论。结果显示,在氯化铵和氯化钠的共饱和点附近回收的NH4Cl纯度约为95%,25℃冷却结晶得到氯化铵的纯度大于95%。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a method of recovering ammonium chloride from sodium chloride and ammonium bicarbonate double decomposition mother liquor by phase diagram theory. According to the phase diagram of the NaCl-NH_4Cl-H_2O ternary water-salt system at 25℃ and 60℃, evaporation crystallization and cooling crystallization processes were combined to recover NH_4Cl from the double decomposition mother liquor wastewater, with the recovery process principle and operation parameters being discussed. The purity of NH_4Cl recovered near the co-saturation point of ammonium chloride and sodium chloride is about 95 %, while the purity is more than 95 % when ammonium chloride obtained by cooling crystallization at 25℃.
